A marathon. Two bodybuilding shows. Hyrox on deck. Dr. Nick Tanner trains the way his clients train: across disciplines, under load, and always building toward the next challenge.
He works primarily with hybrid athletes who blend lifting and conditioning, and brings deep expertise in strength sports from bodybuilding to powerlifting to Olympic lifting. That combination gives him a rare understanding of barbell mechanics and the subtle limitations that quietly hold performance back.
Expect precision, discipline, and a program built for the long game. Whether you’re chasing a PR, refining technique, or rebuilding after a setback, Dr. Nick helps you come back stronger, more confident, and ready for what’s next.
Dr. Danny Xu, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Co-Founder
Dr. Danny Xu works with hybrid athletes who love to lift, run, and push their limits both in and out of the gym. He understands the demands of balancing strength training, conditioning, and a full life – because he trains the same way.
Dr. Danny has competed in Hyrox and is currently training for upcoming events this year. His own hybrid approach shapes the way he treats and programs for his athletes – because he knows firsthand what it takes to build toward a goal without breaking down in the process.
His expertise in movement assessment, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription helps active adults stay strong, resilient, and consistently moving forward. Whether you’re building toward your next race, dialing in your lifting performance, or trying to do both, Dr. Danny brings a thoughtful, performance-driven approach to every session.
