Forward Physio Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services! As we operate on a by-appointment-only basis, it is essential that all clients confirm their appointments ahead of time. This helps us ensure that your selected time slot is secured and that we can continue to provide efficient service to all clients.

Appointment Confirmation

To maintain the highest level of service, we require all clients to confirm their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a text 72 hours before your appointment date. If we do not receive confirmation, we reserve the right to release the appointment slot. Please be mindful that any missed or unconfirmed appointments could have been allocated to another client.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a $199 fee. We offer our clients one complimentary late cancellation or no-show. This fee covers the reserved time that could have been used to accommodate other clients.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment and do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a late rescheduling fee of $99 will apply. By scheduling with us, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible to all our valued clients.
